Simple Steps to Solved QuickBooks Error 15240
Step 1: Run QuickBooks as an Administrator
🔹 Close Your QuickBooks Desktop
🔹 Now right-click on the QuickBooks Desktop icon
🔹 Then select Run as administrator
🔹 Click on Yes to allow user permissions.
Step 2: Check & Verify Date/Time Settings
🔹 Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard to open Run Window
🔹 Type Control and Go to the Control Panel
🔹 After that Click on Clock and Region > Date and Time
🔹 Change the date and time
🔹 Enable the changes and click OK
Step 3: Allow Windows Permission to QuickBooks Folders
🔹 Close QuickBooks Desktop
🔹 Go to C:\Program Files (x86)
🔹 Now see the Intuit Folder, Right-click on it, and select Properties
🔹 Now choose the Security tab and select Advanced
🔹 Confirm that the Owner of the folder is the User Group.
