  • Product and payroll updates
  • Patches/hot fixes

  • Customer service and support chat through the Knowledgebase (if offered)

  • Ability to create Portal users for other contacts (with proper access level)

Methods for Registering for the Partner Portal
Business Partners Cannot Register for Access to the Partner Portal by Themselves. One of Two Methods can be used to Create your Portal login:

  1. The primary contact identified in your business partner account (400xxxxxxx) will instantly receive a Partner Portal login with full manager access when your business partner account (400xxxxxxx) is created in the Sage system. Then, with the proper access level assigned based on your position within the firm, that contact can log in and use the Portal Administration section to generate access for other contacts on the same account. He or she can also designate other contacts with full manager powers as part of this job, and those contacts can then grant access to other employees as well.
  2. If the Portal Support Team should set up the new user(s), any contact on the account with full management access may also email partner.portal@sage.com. He or she must provide the names, email addresses, and access levels that should be given to each. Each newly created Portal user will get an email with a temporary password after it has been created.
